France Investor

The France immigrant investor program offer 3 possibilities to qualify:

• by investing personally in a company in which you acquire a lasting interest (at least 10% of the capital) or by investing, via a company that you direct personally or in which you own at least 30% of the capital, OR
• by creating or saving (or committing to create or save) employment within 4 years of investment in France (letter of commitment with annual job creation and foreign investment plan) , OR
• by making (or undertaking to make) an investment in tangible or intangible assets of at least 300,000 EUR in France.

France Entrepreneur & Innovator

The Entrepreneur program requires the foreigner to invest at least 30,000 EUR in his business. The innovator program doesn’t impose a minimum investment amount but you must formulate an innovative economic project and get endorsement by a recognized public body, normally in the form of an incubator.
